Ichiban Sushi

Rainy afternoon today, decided to catch a movie! But before that i decided to have lunch at Ichiban sushi as i've never dine there before. Well i've not been on "active eating" for a long long time and i've heard good comments of ichiban sushi, therefore i decided to try it!

Well the first impression when i'm reach the entrance of the restaurant wasn't that impressive, as employees are unsure if they should serve me. well i guess that's common, as most restaurant  mployees look down to teenages like us judging if we have enough to spent. oh and i realize that most employees of ichiban sushi are foreign talents.

Finally after awhile they decided to greet me and show me to my table, ofcourse i dine in with a friend! The thing that affected me the most in this sushi restaurant  s that, not all their seats have "sushi travellator" and i'm use to just grabbing sushi from there. sigh, that really disappoint me.

Well then since i can't just grab sushi from the travelator then i shall not have any sushi today! So i pickup the menu and realize that they have set deals which cost as low as $16.90 with that price i could only get a small ricebowl in sushi tei. hence i order a beef steak set meal which consist of hot plate beef steak on sweet sauce, chawamushi, 2 grill scallops with flying fish roe mayo and fruits!

The price to quality of food and freshness ratio is reasonable, scallop was ok fresh, not the best but value for price. The beef wasn't that bad, chawamushi was too dule. There aren't any unqiue dishes here, however there's one who caught my eye! the bacon gunkan!

Well thats all i have for now as for the
Price Range, $20/person, (reasonable price per plate of sushi, $2.40)
Ambiance, 6.5/10
Freshness, 7.5/10
Crowd, was okay
